AM and Gangrene's costumes are the same they had in their blister cards. The AM version is a 1999 "Extreme Climber" one.
Here is the last picture. Enjoy!

Re: Don Depresor's car trip
Sorry, TKW, I misunderstood you. Now I understand that when you asked "What about Gangrene?" you were referring to his absence from the picture. Well, Professor Gangrene was still in front of the car when I took the picture, but he was offscreen.
Also, when you said AM was wearing a dino costume, maybe you were not talking about the AM on the back seat, but maybe you were confused by the mask on DD's right "horn".
To avoid confusion, I will explain who DD is. DD is a character from the Spanish comic-book "Fanhunter", about a future where Alejo I, a self-appointed Pope, has made comic-books, roleplaying, videogames, movies, etc. illegal. Some brave fans have created a resistance movement, and DD is one of them. He is a Daredevil fan (hence his costume) and, just like his favourite character, he is blind. Don Depresor is also very clumsy and, unexplainably, he mostly ends being the one driving the car (despite his friends' best efforts).
The plushie was made by my sister-in-law.

Re: Don Depresor's car trip
D'oh! I forgot to mention WHY is the mask on DD's horn.
Well, it was to give the image a more "disastrous" look. If you see the first few pictures, there is also Psycho's mask. The masks are suppossed to have come off the faces they were on, and fallen on random points (the car's side, DD's head). However, I made a mistake: If No Face was wearing his AM mask before the crash, why is he wearing his bandages? (a wizard did it, hehe)

Well, since the story is parodic, DD can read comics in Braille (how do they make Braille drawings?). Also, if a comical situation requires it, he can see; once, in Apokópolis (pun on DC's Apokolips), he found Amazing Grace disguised as Elektra. "I know it's a trap, but I don't care... she's hot!"
You can find in 4shared some guides for a Fanhunter RPG (in Spanish). They also contain info about the characters. Sorry, but I don't know where are the comics to download.
Oh! There's also an animated episode on TouTube! However, you may not recognize DD because his nose is smaller in the episode. Seek "Fanhunter" in Youtube.

Re: Don Depresor's car trip
here is the episode (in English):
Fanhunter skins for Counter Strike (including DD, of course). It's a video showing them, but it also includes a link (that I don't know if works, since I don't play Counter Strike):
