personally i think it is a bit too big, standing him next to an original figure makes it look REALLY big!

I think yours is probably more accurate though. Those 'S10' (I think) respirators are pretty chunky. Particularly compared to Russian and German gasmasks.

To be honest there is not too much between them and the S6 that was used in the 80's just a different set of eye pieces.
It's still a cracking custom.
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

the af sas gasmasks are really small. the hat on the maskless head is from the driver for one of my hummers, they are removable!
gonna glue the masks on, had to paint the head grey & if you take the mask off it scratches........ ive got three of the hats so i can make 3 commandos before i need to start sculpting!
i'd like to make a sh*t load of these, but i just cant afford to get the parts!

I like the way the light reflects beneath his nose, it looks like a goofy grin.

yep, from firefly. i got more in blue from shockblast, gonna try dying him black (the whole figure!) & using them (i got 3, might get more!)
i figure i could get a squad together, anyone know how many in an sas squad?

as many as they want. who the fuk is gonna argue with them?????
seriously i think its based around a 4 man patrol but it all depends on the mission.
