Paul, hi! Very nice Action Man set up (complete with corresponding Action Force)!!!
I am so happy that I had a part in inspiring you to do that!

They look great!

And I love the customized blue top diver!

What you just did exemplifies everything that my work is all about!!!!
To showcase a variety of GI Joe/Action Force items from all over the world, in the hopes of augmenting appreciation for them from collectors who do not (yet) collect them :-)

And when collectors like you, go above and beyond, and do some cool customizing... all the better!!

Thanks, Paul, so very much! Sometimes I need this kind of reminder to show me that the work I am doing is worth it!

Take care, my friend,
Aire

Many thanks Aire!

I'm sure once your book reaches fruition, there'll be MANY people inspired to further their childhood collections...

I've got a few other AM's on the way too that will require little custom counterparts.

I'll post pics once they all come together.

Who's the guy in the blue jumpsuit? I have that at home, with the helmet etc but not been able to place what he is. A pilot of some sort?

It's the helicopter pilot

Paul they look great. Is the commando a 40th set?
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

I think he's just a regulat Pilot Steve.

I had one as a kid as well so wanted to keep this little fella.

Just beat me to the reply Paul!

The Commando wasn't reissued in the 40th collection, I had to go 'old-skool' for him!

Looks cool. I keep looking through the little catalogues that come with the figures and he keeps leaping off the page. My mum tells me I used to sit for hours looking through those wee books when I was a kid and I still do today. Great Stuff!
