The AF Big Cheese

I'm really getting into the Action Man side of AF at the mo.

I've got more on the way, but here is the Big Fella in all his glory.

I loved this AM as a kid....

Nice Paul! Is he old or the anniversary ones? I'd love a few more of these.

He's 40th anniversary Steve.

I sold all my original AM when I was about 15 for a tenner. I was pleased with that at the time. Gutted by it now...

I've ordered another 7 [!] of these 40th figures.

Have a mild addiction for them at the mo....

heh, hell yeah, I'm on 3 so far and planning to get a total of 8 :)

SAS Trooper
SAS Paraattack
Grenadier Guard

and then planning;
Solider
German Stormtrooper
Mountain Rescue
Polar exploaration
Deep Sea Diver

I reckon 2 shelves, with 4 on each should look awesome!!!!

Am tempted by the Commander now though :)

Dave.

I wanted a Deep Sea Diver as well Dave, but he's sold out and now sells for stupid money.

The last 2 on ebay in the last 2 weeks each went for over £200 quid!

Shame...

what? Holy crap, you could buy a vintage for that probably!!!

bummer, ok, up for discussion, I was looking to balance it out, with 2 SAS, 1 Solidier and 1 German Stormtrooper as the troops on one shelf, then a look at the diversity and colour on the next with a Grenadier Guard, Mountain rescue, Polar exploration and.....?

Any ideas anyone?

gotta balance out, the OCD in me can't have odd and even over two shelfs ;)

Yep, they sold for more than the vintage originals - madness!

I'm hoping some of AM's will turn up tomorrow or weds.

I'll post some pics when they do, might help sway your decisions Dave!

Although all of my have mini-me AF versions to go stand next to them for company.

Those final Assualt figures were really cool, especially with the prototype SA80's and the futuristic uniforms.
