Red Rattler

Wid weasel before the Cobra era (or because I haven`t found a suitable pilot yet) proudly stands before his new Shadow Aircraft.
Won it for a fiver and it was delivered in handy paintable pieces, so it deserved a new red paintjob :)

Andy,

that is really cool. It looks good in Shad red. Thanks for sharing.
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

Are you going to do a :zforce: black and green scheme or and all green colour?

It'll look good which ever way topped off with a Paul custom style Z force pilot. How about a black and yellow one for :sas: to give chopper and his mates something to Razz about in, might try that my self . Hell now I need to buy one!

I thought about that, but figure it's more in keeping with the heavy armour brigade. I plan on using this dude http://www.bloodforthebaron.com/afonlin ... pilot.html

If I was doing an all black one I would use the Tamiya "rattle Can" matt black. I've used it on a few models in the past and it look s great. I agree with you though :zforce: = heavy artillery

I think any black will do, but the best :sas: yellow I've found is the Plastikote Buttercup spray.

Andy, this looks superb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! [!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!] I like my exclamation marks! [that's from a different thread...]

Looks a peach in Shadow Red. Really like the black parts contrasting too. One of your best ever IMHO...

Also, Baron, a Z Force green would be rather lovely too![!]
