what I do like about the Duke origins story is it doesnt really contradict anything from the original
continuity. Duke just appeared and we never got to see his recruitment . This works awesome with the new continuity and is a good story to boot

I see Scarlett is wearing black and oh look she is in the film to not her usual purple and orange so to me it's not aimed at the longtime fans but for those who will see the movie which I really don't think I will be doing. The story in the new comic looks fine but why mess with something that looks good and works. I see they will reprint older stories probably by Marvel which will only confuse new readers who are only picking up IDW's run.
