If the Jeep is the German ATT Blitz Buggy but the box is an English window box and its MISB, then it's a miscard/box and therefore very rare..

Agreed that's a prototype. I've also seen the rapid fire motorcycle in this mode ATT logo on a uk picture box. To the best of my knowledge all German vehicles were picture box.
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

Think it's cosmopolitan toys or some such that had the ATT Rapid fire motorcycle
