However, the art's non-release suggests it would still be worth betting that NOONE ever won that competition... NOONE I TELL YOU! Must have been planned for a big reveal along with the winner's name.

The Deep Cover page is a brand new discovery, TKW very kindly let me photograph it. It was on A3 board with a transparency overlay. My A3 scanner decided to throw a sulk so I had to use a photograph in the end! It came out alright
