Just when you thought you had it all... a lifejacket variant
Just when you thought you had it all... a lifejacket variant
Evening all.
In the process of pulling everything AF related out of boxes, comparing and contrasting, photographing variants, and working out exactly what I need to buy to complete, and sell to finance this (prepare for the great Hopper sell off), I discovered this little beauty.
the one on the right has 7 blobs along the edge, the one on the left only has 6, larger, blobs, and is a little larger. The one on the right seems to be the more common (using my collection as a rough guess, it's so far a 1:7 ratio).
Just thought it might be of interest.
In terms of accessory and gun, we overlook the variants, but so far we have Ironblood's helmet (2 types), Red Shadow bazooka (2 types), and Steeler's goggles (2 types), now this... might be worth a closer look.

Jeez, Hopper. I don't think you are drinking enough. Now I have to get all my Choppers out.
Let me tell you, Gunner La-De-Dah Graham, the British Army can fight anything! Intimate or not!

Hopper your attention to detail is superb. Thank God I'm not a variant collector...............
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

It's worrying that I don't even have to be that drunk to get my Chopper out...Chopper wrote:Jeez, Hopper. I don't think you are drinking enough. Now I have to get all my Choppers out.

Just another thought for the variant obsessed, have you checked to see if the series one parts and/or figures fall into the same patterns as series two? That might be interesting.
The life jackets may be the difference between series one and two.

Yeah, sorry about that redrage.

All seems to tally so far, though I suspect you may be right with the Series 1 vs Series 2 lifejackets.
We need some MOC obsessives to check.
