New toy display
I've been working on a small and low budget Community Collectors gallery area in the free to enter Community Gallery at Snibston Discovery Museum. The aim is that the public will want to get involved and show off their own collections in one of six cases we have installed (possibly increasing in due course, if the County Council doesn't decide to close the museum and demolish it!).
At the moment, members of staff have put in their collections, including some of my own. The key for me was to capture a bit of the diversity of collections, so we have a collection of war gaming figures, TY Beanie Babies, Pendelfin Rabbits, James Bond, Classic Toys and Militaria. Here are some pictures for interest.

Fantastic! That's a wonderful cross section of collector's items. I bet that was great fun putting together and positioning

Looking good, mate.
Let me tell you, Gunner La-De-Dah Graham, the British Army can fight anything! Intimate or not!

I think you mean the Matchbox Adventure 2000 Raider Command. It's not AF scale - large format diecast. There are some further pictures on this link:

Lovely stuff and thank you for sharing! I've always wanted that toy since reading Dredd - Cursed Earth

Re: New toy display
It would have been nice to fit more toys in, but the space in those cases was quite limited - though I did manage to get 23 objects from 23 Bond films in (only just mind)!
