Something for any fellow spotters on here!
Just two photo's from last weekends airshow at Leuchars! My all time fav the Vulcan and the B52 (which I managed to get in for a look around!). the weather was crap so there wasn't much flying. I was looking forward to seeing the Vulcan in the air but not this year! In fact may be never again the company who put it back in the air are £1.5 million in the red! So if I stop collecting AF........ that should add about £50 to the pot!!!!!!!!!!!!
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

I was going to go to Fairford this year just to see the Vulcan, but due to the weather was cancelled, so was really dissapointed.
However, took the family to a local fete the next day, just as i was leaving i glanced up and there she was, slowly cruising along, looked absolutley magnificent and totally awe inspiring

Sweet pics. I love the vulcans too. I saw the B-52 sitting at Darwin museam last year, man they are HUGE.

Another awesome place to visit. Every time I see the Polikarpov's there I think of Johnny Red.
This one has my soft spot;
Makes me mad, I used to live near Ohakea AFB in NZ. Man I hate politicans. Ah, well. Half these guys are flying for you lot now, Tornado's etc;-)

Thanks for the links if I'm ever in NZ I will make the effort to visit the museum. It is a crying shame what they did to your Air Force.
