Another Hama classic. I pretty much have 1 through to 50. About as close to Battle as any US comic ever got. That and Semper Fi.

Larry wrote a great introduction to the first of these collected editions, apparently, he was handed a mock up cover for a comic entitled "The 'Nam" & told to go ahead & make it happen.
Nice G.I. Joe connection too:

This is what I loved about the vintage figures. I used to do stuff like this all the time and you can get really cool results by just swapping parts without having to paint. Nice combo on all of them.
