Action Force Top Trumps

I've been playing around with the idea of doing a Palitoy Action Force Top Trumps - involving using the BAF datafiles as a base for the illustration and info.

My father in law is a graphic designer and printer, and could get them printed for small money.
I know there may be issues with the copyright on the illustration, but was wondering how that would work, and if there are ways of sidestepping such details given that no profit would be made.

Anyway, just wondering what everyone makes of the idea, the card, and any advice.
And importantly, do we have any high resolution scans of the datafile illustrations?

Yeah, I reckon is approaching red balloon territory in terms of Fear Factor

is a 90 in Fighting Ability, 85 Fear Factor
is a 95 in Fighting Ability, 80 Fear Factor
is a 85 Fighting Ability, 70 Fear Factor
