Nice, they look to be in pretty good nick, Ed.
Let me tell you, Gunner La-De-Dah Graham, the British Army can fight anything! Intimate or not!

The ones kept inside are, sadly the larger aircraft (which live outside) are suffering being exposed to the elements, peeling paint & terrible sun damaged 'fogging' to the Perspex windows.
This one could of been dreamed by Palitoy, for Action-man, back in the 70's:

(The main wings, which are positioned at the rear & above the cockpit, are missing)
"Luscombe P3 Rattler Strike G-BKPG was the pre-production airframe and it flew for the first time on 2 November 1983. The aircraft was designed to provide quick reaction close military support and also to be easily dismantled for quick deployment around the battlefield. During the design process advice on the optimum weapons mix was obtained from the Royal Ordnance Factory but it is not known whether any of the proposed weapon systems were ever tested on the aircraft. Weapons being considered were: 7.62 mm chain gun, optional rocket launchers and anti-personnel mine or chaff dispensers"

That would've made a sweet Action Man vehicle.
I went to the Cleethorpes Festival of Flight today to see a B52 bomber and the Red Devils and a WW2 Hurricane and the whole afternoon was abandoned because of low sea fog :/

Nice one, been a few years since I was at Newark. The Viggen was inside the hangar then and the two MIGs were rotting outside.
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?
