40 days in the wilderness.....

Or at least it feels that way!!

It's been very quiet of late folks, so I thought I'd ask what everyones been up to!!! I've been one of the main culprets on the "not around much" front. Partly that I've just been so mad busy with real world stuff that it's been hard to get too much time to be witty and/or entertaining online, so I've been tending to log on, read, and log off, and partly that my iPhone3 is seemingly on it's last legs, and keeps crashing. That, and work finally realised the website tracking software was turned off, and turned it back on again!

So until I get some beans together and get me a new iPhone, or one of those fancy Dan iPads, my only real access involves actually firing up the PC at home! And we all now how much of an arse that is - it involves going up a whole different flight of stairs, pressing some buttons - all sorts!!! Whilst I could stay sat on the sofa and watch some more TV!! Hence, the quiet.

And as for the fasting - it's that it seems like months since I've had any new toys to report in on!!! Still not got any really, but excited by some Lego in prospect in the coming weeks.

So nothing too exciting to report in here, but I figured it's time to break the silence!!! What's everyone else up to??? Anyone got any exciting news or new acquisitions to report in on????

Speaking of TV - as I was earlier on - finally got around to watching Walking Dead Series 1 - awesome!!!! Bastards at Sky have taken the "Boxed set" option of the "On Demand" thing though unless you pay extra, so I'm gonna have to buy Series 2 on DVD! Now got all of Series 3 of Game of Thrones to watch built up on the planner, so if anyone spoilerises it I'll be paying a visit!!

So that's me, returned to the fold, with no really exciting news to tell!! What's everyone else been up to???

same boat mate. work is hella busy, 3 kids running me ragged and my cellie is a pile and will not let me type in forums or long in on here. so thats where ive been. and we have the work tracking thing as well. but the way i see it if my work is done and iam free why not log on so here i am.

ive had tons of new german items filling up the display case but seems no one is intrested in german items so i just keep them to my self and boys.

walking dead is a great show Steve. i am not a tv watcher nor a fan of the zombie craz but my wife got me in to it and we watched all the seasons. and SKY is not the only people who took boxed set option off its COX media as well and rightfully named lol

Well, im currently sat on the train listening to two men talk about a snooker championship they play in. Its riveting. But i have been -

Cycling lots and lots
Working lots
Buying more AF stuff
Completing some stuff
Trying to get my roof fixed
Finishing customs and trying not to dislike them when they are done
Bought a new camera to take pics of my stuff. Waterproof too which in my head at least means lots of cool ideas.

Have the customising bug again recently so hoping to sort a few more things out this weekend.

Plug in your iPod and listen to FULL FORCE!!! The sound of three men talking about toys and making knob gags will soon drown out the talk of amateur snooker!!

Too much work and too little funds to buy stuff for Nevertheless I manage to receive new items all the time and my wife keeps nagging me about it

However I may take a break from the collecting-business at some point soon and hopefully come back with full force when the workload becomes "humane", the funds become available again and the family will let me take some time off to myself in the office upstairs

Same here.... toys have slowed down as my collection approaches complete critical mass. Its more hunting than buying. A little VAM and not much else. My band is getting busier and I am the water boy for my sons AFL team on Sundays, daughter has netball on Saturdays, and I'm going back to school. So no time to do sh*t.

I'd love to get pics of my lot up now. Its significantly bigger than my last pics over a year ago and I love to sit and look at it.

Paul, I hear ya. I had a little explaining to do this morning. Just a few guitar pickups but it all adds up. Happy wife.......
