Yes, they are. They are mostly faithful downsized translations of the 4h sculpts except for Orko, which doesn't mean I won't seek him, as he still looks fine. The only drawback is the heroic/evil balance: five Heroic Warriors and three Evil Warriors.

Great collection DA, makes me wish I had not sold mine 
I had a boxed Grey Skull and Snake mountain plus a huge amount of comics.
I decided that I needed to cut back on my collecting habit and decided to concentrate on Gi Joe.
Then I joined this site and before I knew it I was collecting Action Force, Doh!!!!
