Very nice! Congrats on still having all this great stuff!

Here are the IDs for the Joes: (skipping the Action Force figures as the Baron has already provided their IDs)

(From left to right)
Row 1: Iron Grenadier Destro, Windmill (Skystorm Chopper pilot), Iron Grenadier, Frostbite, Zartan, Wild Weasel (Roboskull as well as Rattler pilot), Iron Grenadier, Armadillo (Rolling Thunder driver), Skidmark (Desert Fox driver), Snake Eyes, and Tiger Force Psyche Out (UK/Euro exclusive)

Row 2: Falcon, Ice Viper (Wolf driver), Roadblock, Steam Roller (Mobile Command Centre driver), Qucik Kick, Lifeline, Blocker, Tunnel Rat, and Ghostrider (Phantom pilot)

Row 3: Voltar, Super Trooper (mail away), Outback, Dr. Mindbender, Buzzer, Monkeywrench, Cutter (Hovercraft Whale driver), and Techno-Viper

Row 4: Cross Country (HAVOC driver), Thrasher (Thunder Machine driver), Lift Ticket (Tomahawk pilot), Lampreys, Blaster, and Backstop (Persuader driver)

The grey wolf between rows 2 and 3 belongs to the Snake Eyes in row 1

Hope that helps!
Sounds like you have a fun project ahead!

Let me get this straight - there was a GI Joe character called "Skidmark"???? Now I don't want to seem all 15 year old about this, but surely someone at a GI joe product meeting should have thought about that one a little more?

Me too Baron - what were they thinking! Especially with that beard and all - it wouldn't half tickle!

Yea, Hasbro came out with a few questionable names.... Different mind set methinks :-)

The name Skidmark was supposed to refer to his driving capabilities (great speed, presumably fast stops, leaving skidmarks on the road...)

Here's his filecard:

Actuallly, imo, both the name and the figure are pretty lousy... At least, in this case, they didn't give a bad name to a good figure... I think the figure got what it deserved (relegation to the bottom of everyone's toy chest!)

Having had a really bad day at work these posts have really cheered me up!
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?
