Continuing along the SAS route, we have the Scout Bike.
Excellent for recon missions.

Dang photo`s always show the bits you missed painting !!
Said on the tin it was a matt black, bit shiny for my liking.
I`m going to see if I can attach it somehow to the A.P.C , mount it on the back.

Might I suggest an SAS dagger emblem on the hood? Possibly black on yellow.

Andy,

it looks really good. What sort of paint was it? Sometimes Humbrol/Revell enamels will dry gloss if not properly mixed.
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

it is a revell matt 9 , I usually use the matt 6 , stick to what you know I think.
I stirred it for ages, some bits came out matt, and the nose especially came out shiny.
Decided to paint around the original stickers, they never seem to go back on nicely
if removed.
I`ll have a go at spraying the SAS logo on later and a bit of touching up here and there.
I`ll be back with more pics later :)

Can't find my Revell paint chart but the Humbrol equivalent is a Satin finish, that may have been the problem. That said a done it is still a cracking job.
