Oh, and thanks for all the comments.

I'm all excited now about getting the loose stuff out and set up, and am even considering putting my toy cars into storage for a while to free up room in my display cabinets for the loose collection. Sort of a toy rotation system if you will!

And thanks AireDevon. My collections nothing compared to yours - I see now where all those items you won from under my nose on Ebay went! (Ebay user ID is SteveDawson316)

Ah, so you are 'SteveDawson316' - I recognise the ebay winning name that's pipped me a few times!

Some totally wonderful [and thoroughly unique!] pieces. What is going on with that Quarrel?????

It surprises me that you've taken till now to join our happy band. You've clearly invested time and cash into creating a superb collection. That normally equates to finding this place and joining up, at least it did with me and many others on here.

Still, at least you've found the place now and we can get to appreciate your wicked stuff!

More pics please....

It was more that I couldn't join up, as I had no internet access at home, so relied on works internet for stuff. Bizarrely enough I could slip Ebay through the checking systems, but not Blood for the Baron, hence my spending was unhindered, but I couldn't join in the fun on here!

Pleased to have recitifed the situation now though, and it's got me all excited about my collection again. Can't wait until I get to visit my Dad and get the bin bags of loose stuff from the loft and checked through (I know, not the best way to store stuff!) Already wondering if my Troop Carrier has an aerial on or not!

I also seem to remember my Dad having a load of pictures of me and my brother on Xmas Day some time in the early 80's when we got a load of our AF stuff! Got to dig that one out and post it here! He Man and Action Force all over the lounge floor, and best Xmas jumpers and smiley faces all round!

SteveDawson316 - I know that name - you're a bugger for Action Force LOL

This actualyy inspires me, we could have a gallery of childhood Action Force photos - I'm sure my dad has some of me in my pyjamas. I definitely did a photoshoot of my toys in the snow one christmas.

I thought that - it'd make an excellent nostalgia gallery!

I seem to remember one action shot of my jumping over my SAS jeep on my Raleigh Grifter! If I can find that one I'll be so pleased!

I've had an extremely positive reaction from http://www.cobrastickers.com, they're definitely up for making us some template sheets.

Unfortunately, and as I suspected, they can only use sheets with a guide ruler included. This means we only have the SAS Wolverine, SAS Boat Patrol, SAS Silent Attack, Enemy Escape Armour and the generic Cobra sheet, so I'm putting the shout out.

Couple of pointers:

Please place a ruler alongside the sticker sheet while scanning, and make them both as straight as possible.
Please place something heavy like the Best of Collection v1 hardback * on top of the sheet to smooth out any bumps or folds.
Please scan at 300 dpi.
Please do not resize or crop the finished image.
Please e-mail them to me at bloodforthebaron@gmail.com as my hotmail account cannot handle attachments.

* not available in the shops. A phone directory is a good substitute if you haven't bought it yet, but not as much fun to read.
