Either Winzip or Winrar. Just zip up the folder, and then change the extension (.rar to .cbr, .zip to .cbz), you need to install CDisplay Comic Viewer which is freeware: http://www.geocities.com/davidayton/CDisplay.html. There is a more recent edition 1.0.8.3 (I think) which is far more versatile but hard to find - I'll get back to you with a link. Be sure to right-click, hit configure and tick the fit-to-width box!
Thanks, I really appreciate it. There's also a program called pdf2cbr available which does it for you but as you have the original files I wouldn't bother, it's a bit tempermental.
