I just realised that I know this guy. His ebay id is also aktionfigguy.
I sold him a lovely AF versus Cobra box [its in the photobucket pics]
He was a really decent fella and we exchanged a few emails about collecting action force.
Considering the photobucket pics, this comment from his email is quite bizarre:
Don't really collect MIB stuff?!?!? He has virtually everything!
It was interesting that he told me he was gathering pieces for a book on action force that he was writing:
I'm going to email him and see if he'll join the forum. He'd clearly fit right in!
He also sent me few pics:

I don't really collect carded or MIB stuff either - but I have been gathering together as many items packaged items as I can for my book.

The packaged items help me figure out timelines, marketing strategies, and they look great together in pics
Once my book is done, I don't know what I will do with all the packaged stuff... Right now it is taking up so much room in my house (it has even invaded the living room - see attached pictures). I have grown to really appreciate the artwork etc - but loose stuff is where my heart is!
I'm going to email him and see if he'll join the forum. He'd clearly fit right in!

Hello All!
I'm Air_Solo on eBay the pictures belong to Aire Devon a.k.a actionfigureguy who is incidently a she. Aire's a top girl when she's not outbidding me
. Aire let me display her collection pictures via my photobucket account on the short lived G.I. Joe UK site.
I think Aire is already a member here.
Cheers
Jon

Re: collection found on photobucket (impressive)
Hi, fellow Action Force collectors! Paul emailed me this morning (at least it was morning for me
and he pointed me in the direction of this thread. I'm glad to get a kick in the rear every once in a while and revisit places I love (like this place!!!)
Thank you for your kind comments! I have been working on this for years now, but sometimes it feels like just yesterday I started! I was looking at other collections on this forum, and wow, there are some awesome ones here!!!
Isn't it a great feeling to be able to put the puzzle pieces together?!!!
Paul, thank you again for selling me that box!!! (By the way, the one in the picture on photobucket is a different one -- I was actually trying to upgrade that one with the one I bought from you
The pictures on photobucket are from quite some time ago...
Jon, hi!!! It's been a while! TOO long!!! I am glad to see that you are still collecting Action Force!!!! You are one of my heroes in the collecting world!
Louie, wow, how did you find those pictures? My hat is off to anyone who can find stuff on the internet!! It's a skill that I have still not acquired
(But I try!!!)
The Kraken Wakes (love your forum name, by the way!!!), I will be happy to share whatever decal scans I have. I still have quite a few - but not all. (Unfortunately, I lost a fair amount of data a few years back including a lot of the early photos and scans I had done).
Take care, all! A big "hi" from Texas!
Aire

Re: collection found on photobucket (impressive)
Hi Aire,
Lots of people find my id a bit too long
Thanks for offering to share decal scans. As I said the ones I am most anxious for are the APC, Hyena, and Escape Armour. If you had those to scan it would make my year as far as Action Force goes...
There are other Action FOrce sticker scans we are missing though so any you have would be very very much appreciated...
Just to add I cant believe how much MIB stuff is in the pictures, if I had that kind of stuff I dont think id dare leave the house...
thanks

Hi Aire,
Excellent that you responded!
Appologies for thinking you were a man! But that leads me to 2 obvious questions:
How on earth does a 'girl' [excuse the sexism] from Texas [excuse my British snobbery] end up firstly being such a collector
of Action Force, and secondly also have arguably the world's finest UK Palitoy Action Force collection???????
It looks just 'incredible' in the photos.
