thanks Andy
but i am not after any more, i was trying to point out that the star wars reproduction crap is now filtering into the action force range
how long before we will need something like this-
http://www.loresdelsith.net/rincon/armeria/c_index2.htm
so we know what is repro and what isn't
(yes i know the colours and plastic are different but for how long before they arn't?) :wheels:

I see your point and where your going with this :)
It would take the fun out of finding that "one" rare bit out of a job lot, and knowing its the real
deal.

Action Force has a very small fanbase and is not as lucrative as Star Wars, so I doubt it will ever be done on a large scale.

Repro will definately f*ck up the hobby, but most members here would not mind it:

Both my topics - Guilty as charged Niels!

I *personally* have no problem with repro. You can always tell the difference on inspection.

I spent a couple of hundred pounds buying real, authentic star wars weapons for my figures initially. Then someone sent me a repro one and I haven't looked back since! They look pactically the same up on the shelf and they save me loads of money.

So personally, its no big problem for me.

Also, the repro landmines are done by gijoes_uk which is Alayanna Harvey who is/was a huge action force dealer and I've obtained a lot of stuff from her in the past. Also she's provided a fair few photos of stuff on the AF website, so they are made by someone who is a big fan of AF [not some opportunistic leach] and is just trying to help *us collectors* out by supplying something that most of use need, ie landmines for the minesweeper. So, no beef from me regarding this at all.

Nobody is guilty! Everybody should do as they please. :)

The 'problem' with repro is that after a while nobody really knows anymore what is real and what is fake.

Finally, Alaynna rocks! I have bought quite some excellent stuff from her. She has been a real help for me in obtaining UK stuff that was never released on Europe mainland.

Yeah I love Alaynna too, she's helped me find several elusive bits. I keep trying to get her to post at the board, but she never does.
