Yeah, be careful of that baron - INS cos are generally sh*t, and just want it off the books and settled. That's what we pay our hiked premiums for - a total lack of support when you need them the most.

Jeez Baron that sucks. Hope you're ok. My mate got rear-ended and somehow got the other driver's insurance company to pay for physio for his back and neck and the car. I think he took the physio instead of a cash payout though as it would be cheaper in the long run than years of suffering from untreated whiplash!

On a slightly connected note (i.e the bleeding bit) I've just been having to deal with a 'complaint' letter where the client complained that "when she got letters from us she got so stressed that she bled from the vagina", amongst other complaints. It was apparently our fault.
My colleague seemed to miss the joke when I asked if she only sent letters out every four weeks....
