nope, they're from later Joe lines, i can tell... post 2004.

second one is a later version of wild weasel. came with the gold rattler I believe

First on is Shadow Strike from the VvV Ninja Battles Box set. The second is the Neo-Viper Commander from the JvC 2 pack with stalker. The JvC Wild Wesel shared the Commanders body but had the smallest pinhead you will ever see, plus I think WW had a dark grey chest and gold highlights.
