Blood for the Baron!

I won this guy on ebay for a song and dont know who he is. I've gone through all the 2009 Joe Con photos and I cant find this figure. I was hoping maybe someone caught its name and maybe what vehicle mold it was to be included with? I'm guessing Pilot since he has ROC Fireflys Harness. I though maybe it was a cancelled Star-Viper but it appears to be a finished figure. Its a Nice Stinger Driver Gray (It looks white in the stolen pics) plastic except the Head, Hands, and Lower Legs. The lower Legs have the pants painted and why I think its finished, It has Cobra Tampos on both arms. Any Help appreciated

Yeah I doubt the vest was to go with it now as it appears to be Fireflys with no alteration. and The Head is an Elite Viper. I love CMR Figs but I was hoping this was a cancelled fig like the POC wave 1 figures.

Anyone know what the 'FE' stands for? My unreleased Squirrel has a very similar looking 'HM' written on her, which I am told stands for Hasbro Master.

HM means Hasbro Master. Its what qualityy control places ona approved figure, once in a blue moon youll find an actual packaged figure with the sharpie HM on it.

I looked closer and mine says HFE. Maybe it is a Hasbro Factory Error?

I doubt they'd bother to hand label an error.
