I was hoping this would be Doc Svens instead of Lifeline-but no matter as I'll use him as the Doc anyway.

Honestly, I think they should have painted this figure green and called him Radio Operator Breaker. I may track down the original Lifeline just to do this

ya if not DOC then radio operator would been cool and probably better too

But that didn't stop Hasbro to make his niece, also codenamed Doc, and we could mention similar cases of characters sharing codenames: Airborne, Long Range, Croc Master...
