Sent off my application for a boxed and loose set, the money has been taken but havent really had a confirmation email - did anyone receive this of their login details for officer level membership?

Ive been told they send out hard copy conf to everyone who has ordered but want to make sure everything is as it seems...

I joined the club. Bought a loose and boxed set. Had a right rigmarole doing it as well as Angie wanted to see a copy of both sides of my credit card and some photo ID (which I don't have yet) as I'm a "new customer". I upgraded from Trooper level membership so maybe I can still use those details, haven't actually checked yet. But my card's been charged so it's all good in the hood.

I was already a member, but with my orders I've only ever had emailed confirmation of them, no hard copy at all, but I understand that to be the norm.

Back when i first joined (last year) I did have a bit of hassle getting my logon code to work, but Angie sorted it out eventually.
