After TKW posed the question of a good sky backround, these turned up in work and prompted
a funky Q Force scene.

How would an old sand pit work out, all depends on how much room you want to take up though.
OOH a sand pit with rocks and stuff at the bottom, and plants...........................

im trying to fit it on the other half of my pasting table next to the sandy scene but not sure how to waterproof it as doubt ill find anything the right size... unless I can find one of those big water tray play things on legs we used to have at nursery...

but looking at your pic I may settle for something similar - it will avoid things actually getting wet too...

Funny enough most of it came from boxes of frozen fish, and the other stuff is the cheap carrier bags
they give you at the corner shops.

Matt, the model railway crew have "real Water" in a can. At work just now so can't find a link to the stuff. My local model shop has it.
