Been watching this on ebay for 10 days.

It went earlier for £103, double what I was willing to pay. Still, nice and rare.

So who was it?

The prime suspects, in my book, are surely: airedevon1, jonesy, buddusky, Lewis, Zak, Dawson.

I cAn rule oit one of those suspects! (I never saw it!!!! Damn it!! That's two black hyenas missed in as many weeks!!)

I was out at 45 after being high bidder for a while... if i hadnt just paid out for my shad helmet i may have got caught up in things and gone a fair bit higher...

I know they aren't technically the same but I saw some red HISS Tanks on e-bay tonight which would be good Red Shadow Hyenas if you take off the Cobra insignia. They are going for fairly cheap prices too.

all of my hyenas (6 so far) are restickered us versions from the crimson sabotage packs which i picked up fairly cheaply. i also get the bonus of a red asp to sell on and 4 cgs to customise into my red shads...

I think one red HISS was 25th anniversary sculpt. I hadn't thought of getting one of these mainly because my Red Jackal is based on the Star Brigade Destro so is bulkier compared to the usual figure type of him.

Well I got three of the German dudes! The SATT Alder, Black MAjor and Condor also a Scarlet. I had raided the piggy bank for them. Bit out of character for me I usually am a bit more reserved with the old cash thing, but I just let my hair down and went for it!

I know that they are probably well over the odds but hey ho, you can't take it with you when you go! It just may now have to be a slightly cheaper ring when the time comes...
