Great stuff :)
I love Scalextric, had a load of it a few years back but sold it all on to fund the A.F habit.

Cool toy Ed. I reckon the Baron rigged up a nitro boost to win. :-D

Cheers guys :-D

My plan is slowly coming together, I've done some research & have discovered that the later 12 volt Matchbox Powertrack cars work with the modern Micro Scalexttic.

I've got a TR7 on the way, & am watching & hoping to get the Police car on ebay this evening, if it all works out correctly I'll be able to recreate my old & much missed Race & Chase set from the 80's. If I can get hold of another donor 12 volt chassis I'll be able to get my old Corvette Stingray working too, that was the cool white car with a yellow stripe & swooping body work. :-?
