I was just doing a browse on Amazon uk and found this.

Well, if the DDP reprints have the title of "Disavowed" I guess IDW has already decided to ignore them.

when ddp did it, it was reinstated so unless they are changing things that was not the title
But im 99 percent sure IDW is ignoring the DDP stuff with 55 and 1/2 issue by larry hama and series. which sucks and is stupid as that will just split the fan base even more so
every pole on every board shows a small lead among readers that want it to fit with both the marvel and ddp stuff, but it looks like it will totally contradict what ddp did.
too bad.
the only thing that could get me back to reading the joe comics by idw ( if they do contradict the DDP stuff ) would be the appearance of the RED SHADOWS, or SKAR

I'd love to see an independant comic about the Red Shadows &/or even Skar to be honest- charting the start of their organisation,how their leader's became where they are & their agents

It is the 4 part 'Reinstated' and the 2 part 'Out for Blood'
Funnily enough I reworked Out for Blood with Hasbro AF logos and gave Duke black hair (he has a spy outfit on not normal uniform) and retyped all the words changing 'Hauser' to 'Fairbourne'.

Malcolm #5 of DDP's initial run was set before the Reinstated arc so Duke was working for another agency before becoming a Joe again that's why he's not in his normal fatigues.
