Casting/help for "Battle of Cobra-La"

Many years ago, Marvel UK released "As Thick as Thieves", a story that didn't follow their continuity, but was a prologue fro the animated movie, involving Cobra-La and the Broadcast Energy Transmitter. In 2008, Hasbro released the Lt Falcon/Nemesis Enforcer pack with the comic "Showdown at the Top of the World", which seemed to continue from an unreleased "Battle of Cobra-La" two-parter. Now I'm going to make a story between "As Thick as Thieves" and "Showdown at the Top of the World", a story of how could have been a comic-book version of Cobra-La, and the logic title is that of the unreleased "Battle of Cobra-La".
Now I'm making the casting of figures, based on the charas who appeared or were mentioned to be there in both "...Thieves" and "Showdown...", beginning with :af: . I lack Dial-Tone, :doc2: , Mainframe and Lift-Ticket, but I have :duke: (end of "Showdown"), Dusty (both stories), Falcon (Showdown), Flint (Thieves), Hawk (Thieves), Lady Jaye (Thieves), Leatherneck (end of "Thieves"), :roadblock: (end of "Thieves"), :scarlett: (Thieves), Sci-Fi (mentioned in "Thieves") and Wild Bill (mentioned in "Thieves")

A problem with which I need help is the chronological point, since the UK story wasn't made to coincide with the comic continuity. Given the presence of both :cobracommander: and Serpentor, it could be between US #52 and #53, but at that time Falcon (main chara in the comic pack story) didn't have appeared yet. The other possibility is duroing the period between US #64 and #72, when :cobracommander: was really the imposter Fred VII, but that raises the problem that :destro: (who was very important in the plot of the UK story) had left :cobra: during that period. What can I do?
No :cobra: members appeared in "Showdown", so everyone here is from "As Thick as Thieves. I lack :cofficer: , :ctrooper: and Serpentor, but I have :baroness: , :cobracommander: , a Crimson Guardsman, :destro: , Tomax and Xamot and a Viper (not exactly the classic Viper from "Thieves" but a Viper anyways).

To make a Cobra-La story, there must be Cobra-La charas. I lack Pythona (who appeared in "Thieves") for obvious reasons, but I have Nemesis Enforcer and a Royal Guard, both having appeared in "Showdown at the Top of the World".

Now I'm casting some charas that DIDN'T appear in any of both stories:
Golobulus (because a leaderless Cobra-La would be boring), Iceberg (since the story will happen, or at least begin, in snowy places), Sandstorm (because Dusty will be there), and :afstalker: (because some stories need them and :scarlett: , who is already there). Maybe I could include more :af: members, but I haven't thought who else.

If I include any other :cobra: , he should be one of these: :copper: , Croc Master, Dr Mindbender, :firefly: , Raptor, Scar-Face (he's alive due to a mistake: his appearance in issue #32 1/2) or :zartan: .

Possible Dreadnok appearances: Buzzer, Thrasher, Torch, Zanzibar (not so sure about this one; depends of the chronological point) and Zarana. Even though I have Gnawgahyde and Road Pig, they don't belong to that period.

Apart of the Siegie and Viper, I could use the other generics that belonged to that time: BATs, Eel, :hyena: , Ice Viper, Snow Serpent, Techno-Viper and Sea Slug.

And here I need help again: I don't have neither Serpentor nor Pythona, but I find them neccessary for this specific story, so here's the casting:
Serpentor: The MOTU villain King Hiss is slightly similar, but the scale... then I made my Mortal Kombat Liu Kang figure use some Serpentor's accessories I have. What do you think?
Pythona: I selected three Star Wars figures. Which one of them is better as Pythona?
PS: I guess I'll use Mortal Kombat Goro, Street Fighter Blanka and some figures from other collections as other Cobra-La citizens to not have an army of just four.

Ok, then King Hiss as Serpentor. Now i just need to decide the timeframe and who is better for Pythona (Aayla, Luminara or Slave Leia).
