Ok now I can post pics here again is the RNLI craft I want to use.

. My idea is to turn it into one of these
Any ideas what I can use for the gun and outboard motor will be very helpful or where I can get parts from.

Hi I.B..
Yep they are the same 1:32nd scale as the rest of the Britains Detail range...I've got the R.N.L.I. one too, a souvenir from a visit to Cromer lifeboat station when I was a kid, in fact I think they still may be available?
Sorry, I know this info's of no use to your project...but it's nice to see a blast from the past like this

I got this when we first moved over here ed but used it as a one man skimmer for Star Wars/Action Force games I played. Am I being over-ambitious with this or can it be used as a scaled down Night Landing craft?

It may look a little in the small side.. from memory, both toys are in the loft & not @ hand, the boats about the same size as the

Stingray.
But don't let me put you off...it could work out well.

Do you know where I can get the parts I want? I'm not sure if Hasbro's parts will fit it.
