Ninja Assassin (work in progress, advice wanted)

Post by Ross SC »

havent worked on any 25th for ages but been thinking about this one for a while.
put him together & was pretty happy with him so dyed him black, now i just need to finish him off so i can paint him. he needs a belt & maybe a backpack, but am now thinking i like the idea of him not needing one so i need to figure a way he can carry a sword, 2 x MP5k's & a snipers rifle......

head - storm shadow
torso & arms - wild weasel
upper legs - resolute trooper
lower legs - storm shadow
shawl - major bludd (valor vs. venom)
helmet - serpentor

let me know what you think, any advice or constructive criticism is welcome.

Awesome looking! Menacing as fook! Is that Ritdye you've used to get him that black? Love how matt it makes him.

this looks great.

i think a visor of somekind would really set of the helmet.

glad your using modern weapons as well as swords etc. too many modern style ninjas with vintage swords instead of some silenced 9mm action.

V Good so far Ross.
just a personal thing here..but I'm not keen on the idea of ninja's having back-packs, well large ones any way, I'd imagine a ninja would want to travel as lightly as possible using clever concealed weapons & carrying his gear in a small knapsack or a less encumbering "Hourseshoe roll" affair.

How about using somethung like this?

something like that would be perfect i guess, but that would be too big for 25th so i would have to make one.......
but if anyone has one of these spare i could use it for my arah version.......
i know what you mean about the backpacks, i would prefer not too use one.
