Not sure, doesn't look like a Joe, maybe a latter dodgy one?

Major Altitude (1991, not AF)
T.A.R.G.A.T. V2 (1993, not AF)
Avalanche
So Mercer, Toxo Viper, Blocker and Avalanche are all AF.
