Sas frogman variation?

Noticed this today, figure on the left is a normal frogman but his budy does not have any toes molded. Also his hands are capable of holding two pistols (like in those films where they do three way stand offs). The normal frogmen were not meant to hold anything for some reason. Hope you can make it out

Never noticed that before, you can use him as a bond figure now :)

Never seen one of those before !

the logo seems much better too as most of the remolded later figures were.

I have 3 frogmen, Wave 1 and 2 wave 2. Mine are all the early toed and cannot hold anything guys but of the 2 SAS ones, one has a painted watch and the other doesn't. Its a paint variation, but a variation none the less. Better add that one too, Mark. ;-)

My Dolphin and Shark both have the same toed non grippers too but I'd bet you'd find a Q Force guy from the same mould.

Excellent pics Mark!

I got loads of frogmen, but I'm not aware of having the 2nd mould version.

I'll have to investigate....

I've never seen this version, but I'll have to keep an eye out..as he does look good, do we believe this guy to be rare?, or is :barracuda: such a easy to find, 2 a penny, troop builder that nobodies bothered looking closely enough before?
