Changes - may 2004

I've made a few changes
1, Archived Discussions is gone, all threads have been moved back to their original location, except for those which were only about ebay lots and had no useful follow up, these have been deleted.
2, Creativity has been moved to the main Action Force Online section
3, Miscellaneous folder deleted as contents have been removed.
4, order of remaining main folders has been adjusted to give more prominence to BFTB and polls.
Hopefully this simplifies the structure a bit, and also saves me storage space.
