How many major characters where there from BAF? I mean significant rolls, not just 2 panel red shirts. Off the top of my head.
Shads
Red Taco
Nightmare
Cobra
Black Widow
SAS
Haggis
Wildcat
Pike

I would like to see Black Widow in colour I've not read that particular story so would be interested in seeing more of her. I was reading the BAF stories but lost track of where I got up to in the archives.

You mean created characters? I'm sure we had a thread on this a while back...
Shotgun and Crow from Bloodhound, though they're pretty much redshirts... same for Pumpgun and Buckshot from Operation Shield.
Nightmare from Codename Tracker, Sultan from Red Jackal, Nelson and Tako from Operation Sealion.
The Hovercraft crew from River of Serpents; Beadeyes, Omar and McCook.
Krano and the other mutants from School for Snakes, Red from the Great Cobra Robbery.
And that's not counting all of the supporting characters in the origin strips...
Of course there's Kenning and Larson from the Deep Cover finale, they've never been customised.
