I have pretty much every Battle Action Force ever printed.
I'm in the process of sorting them all out, but apart from maybe one or two they are all there, from the very first one, to when it became storm force, then eagle and mask etc.

Quite a few of them have the special offers still stuck on the front.
I'm pretty sure there's some 3d glasses in their somewhere.

I have a load of battle with storm force (maybe all of them)
Battle with eagle.
Eagle and battle
Eagle and Mask
Eagle and Wildcat
and Wildcat.

I'm wondering about two things.
1. what should I chanrge for them on ebay.
2. Should I just skip ebay and sell them to someone on here.

All of them

I've just finished checking.

I have every one from 10-08-83 to 29-11-86.

I haven't been through every page, but they all look to be in damn good condition - no yellowing, no rips.

That's 165 comics.
Also, Holiday special 1986
and annuals 85 & 87.

It's a fair bet I have the comics that came after too, in case you want any stories finished.

Ebay has seen several full sets (or so they claim). I have seen one set go for around ?120 these were in top condition. I have only been watching since around Oct 03.

The only difficulty you may find now is that Blood for Baron offers download of all the AF stories which may have reduced interest amongst some collectors.

Hope this info helps.

Yup I've scuppered the market!! hehe...

No but seriously, the guys to ask would be the dealers at http://www.26pigs.com, who specialise in UK comics, and are the only online Battle seller, they may even make you an offer themselves.

The main selling point in Battle these days is the Charley's War strip, having a resurgence by being reprinted in 2000AD's Judge Dredd Megazine.

Thanks for the offer of scans! The site is complete, but I need replacement scans for the crayoned pages in:

http://www.bloodforthebaron.com/blood/T ... Cobra.html (Summer Special)
http://www.bloodforthebaron.com/blood/T ... bbery.html
http://www.bloodforthebaron.com/blood/Stubborn.html
http://www.bloodforthebaron.com/blood/Death%20Beam.html (Annual)

Do you have a scanner??

Hope no offence was taken to my last message Baron!

In fact it is a compliment on a job well done!
Saved me buying the comics anyway!

Nothing offends me, don't worry!

Hey, if we manage to pull together this Action Force day that would be a great giveaway / contest / incentive for the convention.

Actually, I'm interested in buying them... but you would have to put the bill in American dollars. We don't do "pounds" around here, and I'm ignorant of the rate of exchange. Downloading stuff is great, but nothing beats having the original in your possession when it comes to graphic lit.

Cool. Jonesy just sent me a private message and I need to contact him. I just hope to understand the rate of exchange between the American dollar and the English pound...
Oh, and I also would want these to be in relatively good condition. If they were printed on "newsprint", I would hope that the ink hadn't been smeared too badly...
