the first GI Joe toys this century hit the streets of Bangor recently. stopped in to Argos to find they had one left, The Baroness, horrible figure and probably cheaper on the bay, but 'a bird in the hand' so I took it.

Local chain Stewart Miller has a few, but cheaper to get them shipped in from the US, took a pic with the old mobile, I just couldn't believe GI Joe toys were here.

I felt the same Puma we haven't had them since the Spy Troops range was out which was short lived over here.

I'd have given my eye teeth for spy troops, you don't know how lucky you were ;-)

They were brought over not long before Assbro pulled GI Joe out of the UK blaming it on poor sales rather than poor advertising so we didn't have them for long.

I nip down the toy aisle in Tesco every time I'm there just on the off chance they've done the decent thing. No joy as yet. Want another Firefly as I opened the one I got earlier, payed a silly amount for him as they hadn't hit the stores at the time, If I had only waited a few weeks.

Can't recall any advertising for the spytroops on tv.

im going to customise it and try to make it look less like a "big plane tiny scale" and more of a "small plane ok scale" but I dont know, at twenty quid I didnt want to pass as its the cheapest ive seen them...
