Action Force: The Computer Game?
Action Force: The Computer Game?
On the back of the Gi Joe Movie fuzzchile asked which storylines would work best for an AF movie.
Working back through the BAF archive I think that the AF storylines would work much better as a computer game. This would allow more characters, vehicles, theatres of warfare and plots to be explored.
I guess this has been discussed before (I'd be surprised if it hadn't), so my question is:
Which style (or styles) of game do you think would work best?
(There could be a parallel poll: which would work best - game or movie, but maybe that can play itself out in the comments.)

I would love to play the ROC game if it's out for the PS2 as well. One of my favourite PS2 games is Killzone that style would suit Action Force.

Have you read the reviews for the current ROC game, not the most complimentry.
I`d go for the 1st person shooter/ C+C style though, entering the various vehicles and bases.
But thinking about it ,the Battlefield, body hopping style would be a blast!

That would be good Scoob as long as it's not a game like Dawn of War were you spend a lot of the time looking at the damn ground.

Re: Action Force: The Computer Game?
class based MP FPS with SP as well.
Sparrowhawk as a HALO jumper class - able to parachute into any place on the map
Beaver as a silent commando - no footfall noise, can breathe underwater for limited time
Eagle - commander with grappeling line, can pass out ammo.
Quickfire - commando, can plant demo charges, fires faster than others
Barracuda - moves slower on land, can swim fast, has SCUBA gear to last udnerwater
Stakeout - machine-gunner, moves slower, but has M60
Stalker - only armed with an Uzi and 2 clips, but can drive the Panther
that's SAS Force...

how about one where you drive a battle tank across the bottom of the screen bashing a ball back and forth trying to destroy the cobra base?
