It's a bit strange to see him in a suit but masked. However, has also done that, as far as I know, and besides there was a relatively recent figure.

no-one can see his face, his identity is secret but he still likes to party with style!

I can just see him sitting in an armchair next to a roaring fire, glass of wine in his hand, explaining his plans for world domination during a interupted T.V. news broadcast..
