"BARON VON GRIMM & HIS REAPERS"
ok, so here they are.....
his 2nd in command, THE WOLF
the main troops have gun metal face plates & silver buckles on their boots, the 2 officers (might make 2 more, depending on how big the army gets) have bronze face plates & copper buckles.

I like them, love how the rivets stand out, like a rank badge or emblem of some kind.

Re: "BARON VON GRIMM & HIS REAPERS"
thanks guys, ive had the idea of doing a rogue cobra squad for ages, in fact it was research for doing this that lead me to this site!
gone through many, many changes until i finally settled on the name reapers & decided to use vipers. had always planned on using figures that were recognisably cobra, + i like that they are a faceless entity. originally i was painting them, but after doing a couple i decided to dye them, the problem i had was the skin on the arms, but decide that it's not a problem & i like them being sleeved!
Baron Von Grimm has gone through many changes, but once i found this head & noticed how cool the tunic on this torso was i realised i'd found my leader! still not 100% about his legs......
The Wolf came into existence when i got the street fighter figure (thanks steve!) but he was originally going to be 1st mate on the pirate river boat, once i started him he just seemed to fit in as Grimms right hand man.
not sure him many officers i should have, what do you all feel is a good ratio of troopers to officers?
also, should i introduce more characters, or just keep making standard Reapers? was originally going to make the offficers with more personality. anything missing? there will be driver, no name yet tho + the ship captain has a pilot, co-pilot, 2 gunners & a 1st mate.

Re: "BARON VON GRIMM & HIS REAPERS"
these aren't toys, they're 3.75in works of art. that's why i like them and dislike them at the same time. they're so well done, you can't help liking them and being in awe of them. but on the other hand, i could never imagine seeing them on sale in a toy shop, which is what i usually like to see in a custom...
