25th ahoy

Post by firefly's bbox »

Hi
Long time reader, just listed my collection on ebay (snif)
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 0452821823

Popped into Forbidden Planet in london, and they have tons of 25th, inc resolute & comic packs.
Also had older single figures with no weapons on smaller cards. Posssible unsold DTC figures.
These included a Night Force Beachhead.
Think he might be rare.

I thought FP weren't selling them now they were listed in a catalogue once but they said Hasbro re-called all figures from outside the US so I couldn't get any

FP definately still have a tgon of single carded 25th, 5 packs, comic packs & few vehicals (vamp)
Their website listings are usually inaccurate.
The older single carded DTC figures caught my eye thou as i've never seen them packaged like that before.
It makes you think, what chance, somewhere is a ton of unsold, mint early 80's AF.

It's the London store, near covent garden.
Single carded 25th approx 9.99
Comic packs 10-14 quid
Vehicals i think nearer 20
5 packs were over 30 quid!! (new Joe & Cobra 5 pack, resolute 5 pack)
7 pack extreme conditions packs were 40 i think

The recarded DTC figures were i think 6 quid.

Quite pricey, but the only place in UK i've seen 25th.
