Unidentified figure .....

This guy has been in my spares drawer for ages now and I still dont know who he is !
he is a 6 inch figure, and he has a button on his chest which makes his helmet pop off to reveal a bug type face.
date stamped Bandai 2005 .... is he something to do with power rangers ?

If that's not Ben 10 I'll eat my hat. It started in 2005 and my son's mental over it. Bandai make them too. I'll ask my son when he gets home from school.
