like Quake 3, UT3, etc?

killzone rocks, not usually into the first person shooter but i did enjoy that one, i'm halfway through gears of war 2 at the minute, not as good as the first one though.

goldeneye is the king of shooters.
played a few since but nothing comes close.
sh*t, gonna have to hoak the n64 out now.

Nothing beats Goldeneye..Perfect Dark comes a close second as does Timesplitters 2, I've played & completed both Halo's 1 & 2, but went with Playstation 3, so have never played the 3rd one (yet).
The only shooter's I've got now are Resistance: fall of man & Battlefield, Bad Company..both of which I'm not very keen on..waitng to buy Killzone 2 when the 2nd hand value fall's, can any one reccommend any P.S.3 shooters?

Im my opinion Goldeneye was one of the greatest games ever made ! took me fookin ages to unlock everything tho ... bloody time limits !

Especially the level where you had to protect Natalya ... how frustrating was that on the hardest setting !!

That settles it, if we ever have a forum get-together/convention/piss-up, we'll have to have a Goldeneye tournament

did you beat ALL the time challenges (not the game levels). theres 1 i cant get near. cant remember the level but you have to complete it in like 1 minute or something, i think you win invulnerability.
and what about deathmatch, many a drunken/stoned night was lost to shooting my mates.

I got them ALL eventually, I think the one you are refering to is the one where you are in a library type building ?

If so as soon as you leave the first corridor, shoot the window and jump out !

Level complete in about 15 seconds, it is one of the strictest time limits but also the easiest !

no i got the library cheat.
i think it might be the level where you meet 006, sh*t cant remember but its the only cheat i missed.

also the first time you use the sniper rifle-bam-and the enemy drops to his knees, classic.

I think that was the facility level ... if so ... yes its a bastard to do in the time limit !

Many a happy hour has been spent shooting hats off soldiers with the sniper rifle .......
