Bit of figure help - SAS or Cobra?

I made this guy from sh*t I had lying around and was going to make him an SAS Halo trooper, but thought he'd probably be better as a Cobra HALO jumper. I can't make up my mind and need some opinions. He has a busted crotch only because I'm all out of good crotches for now. Frag Viper legs, EEL arms, Toxo viper head and Torso, Mutt's busted crotch
The other figure is Partstro (MARS reject) , built so my Son will leave my V1 and Red Jackal custom alone (pics later in the week for those 2 guys). And of course Captain Craptastic needs no introduction
