Does anyone know anything about Manta Force? Is it in 3 3/4?

Manta Force is WAY smaller than 3 3/4" scale. Check out this auction to see what I mean:

The little men who siut in those vehicles are roughly the same size as the ones that sit in Zoids toys. I used to own one of these vehiclesz years ago when an aunt made the same mistake of thinking they were the same size.
But yeah, other than that, it would make a bitching Shadow fighter jet.
