Good score Eddie. I had a little scoop too. Tho not as magnificent a haul as yours, satisfying none the less.
6 TRU

Troopers and a 83 Trooper, kitted out with marauders AK47's to boot. All for $30au (about 15 pounds). That should do me for Cobra troopers now I think

I'd hate to think what you shelled out for your haul.

Good lot at a very good price eddie! You were bidding against me, but I forgot it was ending while I was away from home, so forgot to put best bid on it, so I was never really going to get it for the £25 I had on it!

It did get tense in the last minute i didn't think it was going to stop going up, it went from £84 to £98 to £102 in seconds, the expanding army seems to be growing on a daily basis, i'm seriously running out of room.

My most tense moment like that was when a snipe took an auction I was going for from £75 to over £200 in last few seconds! I was still chuffed, as my top bid was 300 (some very rare flash Gordon figures) but it was a bit of a "w.t.f" moment!
I was mainly after the box off roboskull from that big auction, so pleased to see it all go somewhere good! That army must be amazing from a standing start and all! Look forward to seeing it!

i must admit that the cobra army is starting to pick up some serious pace now, i won a cobra stun the other day for a fiver with motor viper, i've got a few items to arrive and a large purchase in the pipeline coming up soon. I'll give it four or five weeks and i'll do a full spread, i do intend to do a battle scene in the summer, i'm going to need to get a lorry load of figure stands for that though.
