How long's a piece string?

Don't laugh..
I'd like to know how long are "ropes" for the grappling hooks, that originally came with :eagle2: & :skip: ?

About that long... I'll get mine out tonight and measure it. If SteveD or Jim don't take that bait I'd say they are not feeling well..... ;)

At full stretch I dragged it out to 35cm, taking into account the knot in the end. 13 and three quarter inches. Whew.
